    Timaeus, Atlantis, Minoa and Dirk Strider

    First Map identified in Dirk’s Room. Map of Atlantis.

    Atlantis (in Greek, Ἀτλαντὶς νῆσος, “island of Atlas”) is a legendary island first mentioned in Plato’s dialogues Timaeus and Critias, written about 360 BC.

    Still trying to figure out what the second map was.. I went on reading. Tried a few things.

    Looked at this Satellite Image of what people think might of been Atlantis.

    This was where the civilization of Minoa, WAS. Until a Volcano took it out (the thing in the middle). So I started Googling Minoan Maps. And found this.

    Lastly, I looked up Thera on Wiki for good measure

    Sprite Flip.

    The End.

    But…what does it mean…

Despite these facts, this is well drawn, I am reblogging this for Karkat, who I do find cute in this picture. Okay guys just going to point out. Whenever you reblog something from an artist THEY SEE IT. Comments like this are hurtful.  If you look at the notes on this picture MOST of them say something like ‘I don’t ship this but it’s so cute’ etc etc and those are one thing, but to say ‘I do not find such and such a character cute in this picture.’ and to explicitly say that you are reblogging it specifically because of a certain character is just rude.  It’s okay to say ‘awww kk is so cute in this picture’ but to say that you don’t find jade cute in this picture is just plain rude and straight up insulting.  See also: James’ response AAAAAAWWWWWWW Ferret205’s brain: More ships that the Spanish Armada.
